Digital Products

For consulting assignments and services, the agreed fee for the assignment is charged, usually per hour. The customer is invoiced at the end of each month unless otherwise stated. Comments on the invoice or on the results of the completed assignment are fed back by the customer before the due date.

Regarding larger courses (SBA and DPA), the conditions are stated separately. If you are not satisfied with the course, please contact me at mia@digitalinspiration.se with your feedback. If we cannot agree on suitable measures that feel sufficient, I will refund you half the course fee. You then lose your access to the course material.
